For a team to be successful we believe diversity is essential. It is in our working culture to treat everyone equally, with any gender preference and from any age or background. In 2022, this was confirmed by a good score on the Professional Equality Index (89/100) for Denkavit France. This index concerns professional equality between men and women.

It is in our culture to treat everyone equally, with any gender preference and from any age or background. We believe that diversity is a strength. Each employee possesses unique skills and knowledge and thereby plays a role in the improvement and innovation of our company.  

The gap between men and women 

The Professional Equality index was launched to support and advise companies on the implementation of professional equality between men and women. In France, all companies with more than 50 employees are obligated to calculate and publish their Equality Index. If the Index is lower than 75 points, the company must take corrective measures to reduce the gaps within three years or face financial penalties. 

Denkavit’s score and vision 

Gender equality and pay parity between men and women are societal concerns. So, in 2022, Denkavit France received 89 out of 100 points for Professional Equality. Our priority is to continue promoting equal access to employment for all. Denkavit acknowledges that diversity builds strong teams.
