Introduce a new meat concept to the market
We want to be a leading partner in developing a new meat concept related to improved animal welfare. The current veal market is very much focused on cost price, with limited room for improvements in livestock farming systems. Creating a new meat concept will help to create improvements in the current system. For example, a reduced transit time improved health and fewer antibiotics were used and improved welfare in housing systems.
We work with market parties in the countries where we operate, to realize a new livestock farming concept in veal farming with improved animal welfare.
