Upgrade employee skills by providing extra training and creating a full program to develop employee skills. Additionally, we will support the transition between different functions for our employees with the transition assistance program.
Develop programs to upgrade employee skills and support employees with transitions in their careers. The programs will have different themes and scopes to fit every type of employee at Denkavit. To support continued employability we actively facilitate possible and actual transitions between functions for our employees. This also entails the support and management of career endings resulting from retirement or termination of employment
